What Are Actions?
WorkBeaver uses a simple and transparent usage system based on Actions. An Action represents any single interaction your automation performs, including:
-
Mouse clicks
-
Keyboard inputs
-
Other system interactions (e.g., selecting from a dropdown, opening files, etc.)
For example, if your workflow clicks a button, types a name into a field, and clicks “Submit,” that would count as 3 Actions. Actions are consumed both during workflow recording and playback (run task).
Although, this doesn't mean 1 token per keypress, but rather 1 whole typing event, which could be an entire email for the price of 1 token. The efficiency of action token consumption is primarily influenced by the complexity of the task described in the prompt.
